01. Define the names used in these Terms.
- Session Feed
- The in-app community area where members browse, post, like, note, report, and open detailed clip views.
- Cosplay Clip
- A video post, with or without live audio, that a member records or uploads to Uxorin.
- Creator Profile
- The member-facing profile page that contains identity details, profile media, and posted clips.
- Shot List
- A planning board inside Uxorin that stores session steps, prep items, and capture structure for a shoot or meetup.
- Look Notes
- The text notes a member keeps about poses, props, outfit setup, or session context.
- Gems
- The consumable in-app balance used for eligible support actions available inside Uxorin.
02. Accept these Terms before using the service.
By creating or using a Uxorin account, you agree to these Terms and to the related Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization or team, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
03. Use Uxorin only for lawful cosplay and community activity.
You may use Uxorin to post Cosplay Clips, keep Shot Lists and Look Notes, update your Creator Profile, and interact with the Session Feed. You must provide accurate account details and keep access to your device and sign-in credentials secure.
You may not use Uxorin to harass others, impersonate another creator, commit fraud, publish hateful or unsafe material, or post media you do not have the right to use. Uxorin may suspend or remove access when those rules are broken.
04. Keep your account and profile information current.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account. If you believe your account was accessed without permission, contact support@uxorin.com promptly so access can be reviewed.
05. Post user content on rules that protect the community.
You retain ownership of the media and text you post to Uxorin, but you grant Uxorin a limited license to host, display, transmit, moderate, and organize that content so the Session Feed, Creator Profiles, and archive views can work.
You must not post content that infringes another person's rights, includes harassment or bullying, promotes scams, or creates safety risks for meetups or session activity. Uxorin may remove content, limit visibility, block access to a post, or restrict an account if the content or conduct creates a moderation risk.
Members can report inappropriate content and can mute or block other creators. Uxorin may review those records to enforce these Terms and keep repeat abuse from continuing across the service.
06. Purchase and spend Gems on limited in-app terms.
Gems are consumable in-app credits made available through the app store purchase flow. Gems are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value. Gems are non-transferable between users and may only be used for supported in-app actions that Uxorin presents at the time of use.
Prices, pack sizes, and promotional offers may change without retroactive effect. Unless required by law, Gems purchases are final once processed. If you need a refund, billing cancellation, or other purchase correction, Apple manages that request through the app store flow, including reportaproblem.apple.com where applicable.
Purchased Gems and promotional Gems expire 12 months after the date of purchase or grant unless shorter promotional terms were shown at the time of the offer. Expired Gems are removed from the available balance and are not redeemable for cash.
Uxorin may delay, reject, or reverse a Gems application when fraud, chargeback, or technical failure review requires it. Any reversal will be limited to the amount reasonably connected to the affected transaction.
07. Respect intellectual property across clips, profiles, and branding.
Uxorin and its logos, layouts, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to use the service, these Terms do not transfer ownership of Uxorin branding or software to you.
08. Use the service with the stated warranty limits.
Uxorin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The service may change, pause, or contain interruptions, and Uxorin does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect media delivery, or permanent retention of every post or planning record.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Uxorin and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The total liability for claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the greater of USD $9.99 or the amounts you paid to Uxorin in the 12 months before the claim arose.
09. Expect periodic maintenance or service changes.
Uxorin may add, remove, or modify features, including clip posting, community actions, profile tools, or Gems flows. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, moderation review, outages, or app store release transitions.
10. Review amendments before they take effect.
Uxorin may update these Terms when features, legal requirements, or billing rules change. For material changes, Uxorin will provide an in-app notification at least 14 days before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Apply governing law without removing mandatory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Uxorin service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. This clause does not limit any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
