01 Action-Oriented Policy

Use Uxorin with clear data boundaries.

Uxorin lets members post Cosplay Clips, keep Shot Lists and Look Notes, open Creator Profiles, and use Gems inside the Session Feed. This Policy explains how audio, profile shots, community posts, purchases, reports, and attribution data are handled when those features are used.

01. Record voice and audio only when you capture a clip.

If you choose to record a Cosplay Clip inside Uxorin, the app asks for microphone access so the clip can keep live audio. Uxorin uses that audio to create, preview, store, and publish the clip you selected. Uxorin does not ask for microphone access for browsing the Session Feed, opening Creator Profiles, or writing Shot Lists.

Legal basis: Uxorin relies on your consent to access the microphone and on contract fulfillment to process and store the clip you chose to record or keep.

02. Use camera access when you take a profile shot or record a clip.

Camera access is used when you capture a profile image or record a new session clip from inside the app. If you do not grant camera access, you can still browse Uxorin, but camera capture features will not work until permission is enabled again in system settings.

Legal basis: Uxorin relies on your consent to open the camera and on contract fulfillment to attach the image or clip to the action you requested.

03. Use photo library access when you choose saved media.

Photo library access is used to pick cover shots, upload saved videos, and reuse media already stored on your device for a new post. Uxorin only reads the items you choose. The app does not scan your entire library to build a separate profile about you.

Legal basis: Uxorin relies on your consent to read the selected media and on contract fulfillment to attach it to your post or profile update.

04. Handle Gems purchases and purchase support records.

When you top up Gems, billing is processed through the app store payment flow. Uxorin receives purchase status, product identifiers, transaction support data, and account state updates needed to apply the Gems balance tied to the purchase flow.

Legal basis: Uxorin processes purchase records to perform the transaction you requested and to meet bookkeeping or consumer-law obligations where those rules apply.

05. Run the Session Feed with user content and community safety actions.

Uxorin stores the posts, covers, captions, likes, notes, searches, follow state, mute or block actions, and report records needed to operate the Session Feed and Creator Profiles. Community reports are used to review harassment, impersonation, fraud, or unsafe behavior inside the app.

Legal basis: Uxorin processes community content and related safety actions to fulfill the service contract with members and to protect the service through legitimate interests in abuse prevention and community moderation.

06. Use tracking only when you allow attribution reporting.

If you permit tracking, Uxorin uses attribution and analytics data to measure acquisition campaigns and campaign reporting accuracy. That data may include campaign source information, device-level attribution signals, and event records used to understand app installs or return activity.

Legal basis: Uxorin relies on your consent for tracking and analytics used for attribution reporting.

07. Collect the information needed to operate your account and activity.

Depending on how you use Uxorin, the app may collect account identifiers, profile details, profile images, creator activity, posts, notes, Shot Lists, Look Notes, follow state, purchase status, device permission state, clip metadata, and support emails you send to the team. Some records are supplied by you directly; others are produced when you use a feature.

08. Use your information to deliver, secure, and improve the service.

Uxorin uses collected information to authenticate access, show the Session Feed, publish posts, keep Creator Profiles up to date, store Shot Lists and Look Notes, apply Gems top-ups, answer support requests, review safety reports, troubleshoot failures, and measure campaign attribution when tracking permission is enabled.

09. Keep each data category for a defined period.

Uxorin uses fixed retention windows instead of an open-ended standard. Some records stay only long enough to complete a clip or sync cycle, while legal or abuse-prevention records stay longer.

Raw voice capture and upload buffers Removed within 24 hours after clip processing finishes.
Published clips, covers, Shot Lists, and Look Notes Stored until you delete them, then kept in backups for up to 30 days.
Account and Creator Profile records Kept while the account is active and for 30 days after account deletion.
Purchase and Gems transaction records Kept for 7 years to support billing, refunds, and compliance review.
Analytics, attribution, and crash diagnostics Kept for 90 days unless a longer window is required for fraud review.
Reports, blocks, mutes, and moderation records Kept for 24 months so repeat abuse patterns can be reviewed.

10. Share data only with service categories that run Uxorin.

Uxorin may share limited information with categories of providers that support the service, including app store billing processors, analytics and attribution providers, crash and diagnostic tools, authentication or session services, media hosting or storage providers, and email or support handling tools. Uxorin does not publish a public list of company names on this page.

11. Use your rights by emailing a clear request.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export information associated with your Uxorin account. Send an email to support@uxorin.com with the subject line Uxorin Privacy Request and explain the account or content involved. Uxorin aims to respond within 30 days and may ask for account verification before completing the request.

12. Keep Uxorin away from children under 13.

Uxorin is not directed to children under 13. If Uxorin learns that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted without verified parental authorization, the service will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

13. Post policy changes with a clear effective date.

When this Policy changes, Uxorin will update the effective version on this page and may also use in-app notice for material updates that affect account, purchase, or community processing.

14. Contact the team through one support channel.

For privacy questions, deletion requests, or policy concerns, email support@uxorin.com. Use the subject line Uxorin Privacy Request for rights requests or Uxorin Privacy Question for general questions.
